How to Submit :

1.    Manuscripts must be typed on one side of white, 8-1/2" x 11" paper with 1" margins.  Clear photocopies and near-quality dot matrix are acceptable.  No handwritten manuscripts will be accepted.  No diskette submissions will currently be accepted.  Remember to retain the original or a copy of your manuscript in your files.

2.    Type page count in upper right-hand corner of the first page of each manuscript.   On subsequent pages type the title, your last name, and the page number in the upper right-hand corner.

3.    Mail manuscript in a flat envelope no smaller than 9" x 11" 

4.    All manuscripts must include a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with the correct return postage.  Any manuscript received without a SASE will be discarded, and the critique fee will be returned.

5.    If you wish to be notified when we receive your manuscript, include a self-addressed stamped postcard.

6.     Each manuscript must be sent in a separate envelope with a separate SASE and check or money order for the applicable fee.  If submitting a novel you may wish to send the first two chapters plus prologue with a short synopsis rather than your entire novel.  The synopsis will not incur a separate fee but will be included with the total number of pages in your manuscript. 

DO NOT send manuscripts by registered, certified, or overnight mail. They will NOT be accepted.  Send via First Class, Regular Post Only.
